Blindness



Blindness is the condition of a person deprived of vision in one or both eyes. Technically, a person with a vision of less than 1 / 20 is said to be blind. On 3 / 20, the person is partially sighted. In Quebec, a person is visually impaired when visual acuity is less than 6 / 20.
