Stiffness is pain due to muscle fatigue or illness. Generally, aches arise after an intense effort or an unusual. The stiffness (pain and stiffness sensation) were felt to maximum the next day and last 48 hours, sometimes longer depending on the intensity of effort.
The effort causes ruptures of small blood vessels and destruction of muscle cells (micro tears) where the muscle pain. These small fractures heal without problems.
To avoid soreness, it must first be formatted and packaged for the effort planned. It should warm up muscles before exercise to reduce muscle stiffness and do gentle stretching after exercise. The best prevention is progressive training.
To relieve pain from sore muscles, we suggest a massage and a hot bath. It also seems that a suitable diet can promote the healing of body aches. Aspirin can relieve the pain slightly.
The pains are usually harmless. To avoid them, just do not exceed its limits.
